News: Six new songs to be added next week.



Harmonix has announced next week's addition to the Rock Band Store and it includes a sextet of different songs from Ministry, The Zombies and The Cranberries.

Ministry will contribute three songs to Rock Band next week with the Ministry Track Pack 01. The pack will include a trio of recent tracks from the industrial outfit's catalog: "Cuz U R Next", "The Great Satan" and the Grammy-nominated "LiesLiesLies".



Rounding out the weekly update will be three individual songs from The Zombies and The Cranberries. The Zombies will be contributing "She's Not There" and "Tell Her No" while Harmonix will add "Linger" from The Cranberries. Although I think it would have been much more fitting if the band's biggest hit, "Zombie", had been added to the store instead.

All of the tracks will be added to the Rock Band Store on the Wii and Xbox 360 on Tuesday, May 26 and on the PlayStation 3 on Thursday, May 28.

The Ministry Track Pack will be available to download for $5.49 on the PS3 (or 440 Microsoft Points on the Xbox 360) while all six tracks will be available individually for $1.99 (on the PS3), 200 Wii Points (on the Wii) or 160 Microsoft Points (on the Xbox 360) per track.
