Those forced patches that appear as soon as you boot up a game can be annoying when they don't add anything significant. However, the latest update for Call of Duty: World at War on Xbox 360 and PS3 includes a free map variation called Makin Day.
Makin Day just might make your day if you like the nighttime-based map MP Makin. It adds sunlight to MP Makin and also changes up some paths and cover areas to mix up the gameplay. While you can complain about all of the other updates that games make you sit through that should've been there in the first place, you can't really complain if it includes a free, unexpected map.
