Sure it's not going to make you the next Arnold or make you a prime candidate for America's Next-Top Model, but it does its job as a tool; just like any other free weight/treadmill/whatever exercise equipment you own. It won't replace any previous forms of exercise, but it will enhance it and give you a general guideline on what you should do and need to do.
