News: New spacefaring adventures coming for your Spore.
First announced in October, Electronic Arts has announced that the Spore "space expansion" will be officially titled Spore: Galactic Adventures. No other details were revealed, but the company did reiterate the game is scheduled to be released in the Spring.
This announcement came as part of a press invitation to the "2009 Spore Lineup" event in late January. So it's very possible this is just the first of several expansions Spore may receive in 2009. Maxis is also still hard at work on the Wii version of Spore as well, so this event could be quite interesting indeed.
