Another Summer week and another slow week for releases. One game stands above the rest this week and that is Soul Calibur IV, which is being released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. A healthy amount of budget titles make up the rest of the new releases this week, so if Soul Calibur IV isn't your thing, there's probably something among the other games being released.
