News: Tiger Woods is back for another round of video game golf.
The man formerly known as Eldrick Woods is back with another round of video game as EA has announced Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09. The game is being developed by EA Tiburon and will be released on the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PSP, Wii and Xbox 360 on August 26. This marks the first title in the Tiger Woods PGA Tour series that will not be released on the PC.
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09 will include two major innovations for the series. The first is "personalized gameplay" courtesy of Hank Haney, Tiger Woods' personal coach. The second is a redesigned online system that will include Simultaneous Play. Simultaneous Play will allow up to four players to play each hole at the same time and complete a round faster than ever before.
УTiger Woods PGA Tour 09 is the most authentic golf video game on the market, and we're excited to bring an immersive experience to the masses,Ф said Executive Producer Mike Taramykin. УOur partnership with Hank Haney provides fans immediate coaching from one of the top minds in golf. This year's game brings unprecedented levels of customization and control, allowing seasoned vets and first time players Сinside the ropes' of Tour golf.Ф
