News: Load Inc. offers up another unique racer.

Southpeak Interactive has announced they've signed a deal with Load Inc. to bring Load's followup to Mad Tracks to the Xbox Live Arcade this summer. The game will be known as Things On Wheels and, like Mad Tracks, it will involve remote controlled cars racing around a house.

Things On Wheels, however, takes the indoor racing to the next level by offering non-linear tracks that can take players all over a virtual house. While Load is not currently discussing multiplayer options, Mad Tracks featured multiple multiplayer modes, so its likely Things On Wheels will as well.

?We've been looking to move into Xbox Live Arcade titles and Load Inc. wanted to do something brand new with the racing genre. This really appealed to us,? said Melanie Mroz, CEO of SouthPeak Games. ?Competing with real life remote control cars is great fun, so why not do it in a videogame? Things on Wheels will deliver the same reckless thrill and as such, is a perfect candidate for us to announce as our first Xbox Live Arcade game.?

We'll have more soon.
