First revealed in the most recent Nintendo Power, Sega has confirmed that a game in the Samba De Amigo series is coming to the Wii next Spring.

Sega has not revealed much about the game at this point. We know that players will shake the Wii Remote and Nunchuk in time with the music to move on. We also know that the game will feature the colorful characters Samba De Amigo is known for.

But the biggest surprise that we know is that Samba De Amigo for the Wii is being developed by Gearbox Software. Yes, the guys behind the Brothers in Arms series are branching out from behind their guns and getting a little musical.

Sega has promised to release more on Samba De Amigo soon, so keep checking back at Gaming Target for more details.
