News: Namco Bandai is branching out.

Beautiful Katamari for the PlayStation 3 was "canceled" right before E3, but now it appears the game (and a version for the Wii) are back on Namco Bandai's release schedule. A PS3 version of Eternal Sonata also appears to be in the pipeline.

What caused this change of heart? No one knows for sure as the company has yet to officially announce any of these titles. The Eternal Sonata announcement is particularly strange as the previously "exclusive" Xbox 360 version is only days away from release.

Instead they've chosen to update the official websites for Beautiful Katamari and Eternal Sonata with their new platforms.

I'm sure we'll get official confirmation from Namco Bandai on release dates and any other information soon.
