Namco Bandai has announced the second volume of the new Dot Hack trilogy, Dot Hack G.U. Volume 2: Reminisce, will hit the PS2 this Summer.

“The second chapter of the .hack series continues the story of Haseo and expands upon the unique action-RPG elements that made the first game so popular,” said Naruo Uchida, Vice President of Localization at Namco Bandai Games America Inc. “A compelling story, as well as an upgraded battle system will have players delving deeper into ‘The World’, where many questions will be answered.”

Taking place directly following the end of Dot Hack G.U. Volume 1, Reminisce will find Haseo and company unable to log out of "The World." The game will feature a "fully upgraded battle system including new fighting styles and in-depth party and steam bike customization" and a new card-based minigame called Crimson VS.

We'll have more on Volume 2 of Dot Hack G.U. very soon.
