THQ has announced that they have completed their purchase of Paradigm Studios from Atari today. Paradigm has previously developed Terminator 3: The Redemption, Pilotwings 64 and Spy Hunter, among others.

In addition to Paradigm, THQ has purcahsed the rights to the Stuntman series. Atari previously announced that Paradigm would be developing Stuntman 2 for the PS3 and Xbox 360. They will continue working on the game and THQ has promised more details soon.
