News: Fans of the franchise have an opportunity to get a really nice collector’s item that allows them to experience the franchise in a new way.

Naughty Dog has revealed the next Last of Us project they are working on but it isn’t one anyone could have expected. They are releasing a book on their popular series. Something that will allow fans to experience the games in a different way. The Last of Us: Part 1 and Part II Scripts is currently available for pre-order on Amazon and will be released in the middle of December. As you can see in the image, the cover of the book is minimalistic but looks really nice. It is written by Neil Druckmann and Haley Gross.

This volume will contain the script from both The Last of Us Part 1 and The Last of Us Part II, as well as the DLC, Left Behind. This will allow fans to experience every moment of the game, including Ellie’s puns.

Special features for this book include:

Art gallery with work by Naughty Dog principal character concept artist Hyoung Nam

A buckram-textured cover

Block printing along the pages edges that evokes the franchise’s iconic Cordyceps fungus

If you are a fan of the video games (or even if you haven’t played the games but have only seen the HBO show) this looks like it will be a must have collector’s item. It should go without saying that if you haven’t played the games (or watched the show) and read this book, everything will be spoiled for you. Additionally, we will provide a link to the Amazon pre-order in this article but be careful because the description of the book includes spoilers.
