Ubisoft has just released some new content for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and it is something people have been waiting to check out. The new discovery tour mode is now available and is called Discovery Tour: Ancient Greece by Ubisoft. In this mode, you will be able to explore the world of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey without worry about enemies or combat or anything else. The world is basically a living museum for you to explore with over 29 regions for you to visit. There are more than 30 guided tours led by charismatic characters such as Leonidas, Herodotus, and more.

Some of the key features that you can expect to find include the following:

  • Ancient Greece features five tour guides - Aspasia, Barnabas, Markos, Herodotos, and Leonidas.

  • Interact with more than 300 World stations and 30 guided tours scattered across 29 regions.

  • Tours cover 5 different themes (philosophy, famous cities, daily life, war, and myths). You will be able to test your knowledge with a quiz after the completion of each guided tour and unlock additional avatars.

  • Explore with 35 unique avatars and 15 mounts, accessible by progressing through Discovery Tour objectives.

  • This Discover Tour mode was curated by historians and classical experts. If you own Assassin’s Creed Odyssey this new mode is free and will be accessible from the main menu. If you don’t own the game but still want access to this mode on PC, you can buy it by itself via Uplay for $19.99.

Take a look at the trailer below and tell us what you think. Will you be going on an educational tour of Ancient Greece?
