WWE 2K17 MyCareer Trailer and Details Revealed by 2K Sports

News: In this year’s version of WWE 2K’s MyCareer mode you will get an opportunity to impress Paul Heyman and become a Paul Heyman guy.

2K Sports recently revealed the MyCareer mode for the upcoming WWE 2K17. As a new WWE Superstar in MyCareer mode there are going to be some opening tutorial matches in NXT. If you are really good then the trainer there will offer you a fast way to get to the main roster and basically bypass NXT. If you aren’t very good however then it will be recommended that you stay in NXT and hone your skills.

In this year’s MyCareer mode you have the chance to become a Paul Heyman guy. As you go through the mode and rise through the ranks Paul will begin to take notice of you and try to mentor you. He will give you challenges that you will want to complete and if you continue to impress him he might even offer to officially make you a Paul Heyman guy. If he does then you will also have Brock Lesnar on your side as well as Heyman’s managerial style. If you turn down his offer then the exact opposite will happen and you will have to worry about Brock Lesnar trying to take you out.

Doing a great job also has it perks and for the first time in MyCareer you can make money off of the merchandise your character sells. You can design a shirt and wear it on a show or as in-ring gear and the fans might potentially buy it depending on your popularity and skills both in the ring and on the mic. This could provide an alternate income stream if you decide to defy the Authority and get punished as a result. This allows you to play how you see fit and not feel like you have to go one way because you will get more money or whatever the case may be.
