News: The team over at Roll7 has revealed that OlliOlli will be making its way on to the PS3 and PS4 this summer.

OlliOlli

A couple of months ago a new game hit the PS Vita called OlliOlli. It is a fun (and hard) skateboarding game where you need to perfectly nail tricks and more. Roll7 (the development team behind OlliOlli) has just revealed that the game has been a great success for them and that, as a result, they have decided to bring the game over to PS3 and PS4. Roll7 has teamed up with BlitWorks to help with the process and they claim to already have the first playable version up and running on a PS4. As a quick side note they claim that it feels really great playing with a Dualshock controller as well.

It should be noted that Roll7 said OlliOlli will remain a PS Vita exclusive until sometime this summer. No other details were given such as whether the game will be cross-buy, cross-save or anything like that. Additionally, they gave a quick update on the PS Vita version saying that Roll7 is “very close” to fixing the crash bug that some players are experiencing. When that patch is released they plan to bundle in a nice little update that “should put a smile on people’s faces.”

If you live in the UK you can check out OlliOlli and talk with Roll7 at Rezzed, Birmingham at the end of the month (March 28-30 to be more specific). If you aren’t familiar with OlliOlli you can check out the development video that Roll7 has released. Have you picked this up for the PS Vita? Will you download it for PS3 and/or PS4? Tell us what you think below.
