PS4 Uncharted 4 News: PlayStation 4 owners can go adventuring post-launch, as a new Uncharted game will be releasing for the console.
Uncharted 4 was announced for PS4 by developer Naughty Dog this evening after months of rumors that the Nathan Drake story would continue.
However, the mere-seconds trailer didn't reveal whether or not lead character Nathan Drake would in fact be a part of this game's story or give us an Uncharted 4 release date. The teaser featured a mystery voiceover (which sounded like the actor from Dexter, Michael C. Hall) played over top of a moving map graphic.
The co-presidents of Naughty Dog wouldn't answer any questions after the Uncharted 4's trailer premier, instead giving Spike All Access PS4 Launch host Geoff Keighley a "wait and see answer" to even the most basic inquiries about the PS4 game.
There's still room to get excited, even with little known about Uncharted 4. This is the first game announced to be in development by the Santa Monica-based Naughty Dog studio.
It's also an answer to fans who have been waiting for a known triple-A series from Sony to be announced for PS4. The launch lineup has first-party games Killzone: Shadow Fall and another unknown contender, Knack.
