News: Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and Ages highlight new content now available on Nintendo’s online shop for the 3DS and Wii U

Legend of Zelda and other games hit Nintendo 3DS and Wii U eShop

The Legend of Zelda highlights a new set of titles that is now available on the Nintendo eShop. The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages is now available for download and is currently on sale. These two titles are on sale for $4.99 each until June 20 where each title will go to its normal price of $5.99. These two Zelda titles are special because of how they are linked. Doing something in one title could potentially unlock something in another title. You will need to play both titles if you want the full experience. These titles originally came out in 2001 for the Game Boy Color.

The “Denpa” Men 2: Beyond the Waves game is also available now. The Denpa Men are mysterious little creatures that float around radio waves. They all have their own territory. You can’t see them with the naked eye, but you can use your 3DS to find them and catch them. In this RPG, you can form a team of the Denpa Men you caught and take them on an adventure across the world, in order to save the hero’s family. This game also supports Street Pass as well. By passing other players, you can exchange your party information and increase the amount of time you have to explore special dungeons. You can battle online as well. All you have to do is register for battle, and you’ll be able to fight other players at any time you want. If you have played the previous game, “The Denpa’Men: They Came By Wave,” you’ll be able to transfer your hero and you’ll even be able to bring all of your friends from the previous game into this one.

The Wii U Virtual Console has some new titles available as well. The two new titles that are available include Mega Man X for the SNES and Ghosts ‘N Goblins for the NES. There is also a special promotion currently going on where when you purchase either Mega Man X or Ghosts ‘N Goblins for Wii U, you’ll save 50% on the other title. This deal ends at 9 a.m., pacific time, on June 6, 2013. Keep in mind too that if you already purchased these two titles on the Wii Virtual Console that you will get these titles on the Wii U Virtual Console at a substantial discount.

The two Zelda titles as well as The “Denpa” Men 2: Beyond the Waves are available on the Nintendo 3DS eShop while Mega Man X and Ghosts ‘N Goblins is available for the Wii U eShop. Will you be picking up any of these titles?
