007 Legends trailer for the On Her Majesty's Secret Service mission was uploaded to YouTube by Activision ahead of Comic-Con, revealing gameplay video of the Swiss Alps-set level. And, thankfully, this Xbox 360 and PS3 trailer is over a minute long, unlike yesterday's 20-second teaser trailer which, even at that, didn't get beyond the logos until 6 seconds in.
007 Legends for Xbox 360 and PS3 ties together six Bond movie-inspired missions. This particular level is based on the 1969 Bond film On Her Majesty's Secret Service, the first post-Sean Connery Bond movie. In this case, James Bond was played by one-time 007 actor George Lazenby.
In addition to On Her Majesty's Secret Service, 007 Legends will feature a mission based on the forthcoming James Bond film, Skyfall. However, this mission will only be available post-launch as 007 Legends DLC. The good news is that this DLC will be free.
It'll be interesting to see how these six Bond movie-inspired missions are tied together in Activision's planned overarching storyline when the 007 Legends release date begins its mission on October 16, 2012. We'll have more 007 Legends trailers like the one below up until that date.
