PC Game News: Among the Sleep sees you as a two year old, but this horror game is anything but child's play.

Among The Sleep trailer news

Most games nowadays arm you to the teeth. Even when pitted against the most sinister of enemies, a quick pull on the trigger or a toss of a grenade and your fears have been blown to kingdom come. Norwegian developers, Krillbite Studios may just be the ticket for injecting a dose of sorely missed terror. It consists of a first-person horror game, putting you in the little booties of a two-year-old. Surely this is a first for video games. As soon as you've been tucked away for the night, the house is invaded by monsters, creepy shadows, and earthquakes, which will present you with Уboth physical and mental obstacles that challenge your creativity.Ф

Details are still extremely scarce regarding the game but it is slated for a 2013 release. In the meantime, you can check out the official Among the Sleep page, or keep up to date with the development over on their blog.

It's eerie atmosphere has been compared to Amnesia: The Dark Descent. This is more than apparent in the trailer, as it showcases Krillbite Studio's close attention to sound effects and lighting to help set such a creepy setting.

Check out the in-game teaser trailer featuring one of the earlier levels of the game:
