On the day that Bulletstorm hits stores, Epic Games tells us when to expect its next game, Gears of War 3. Originally set up for an April 2011 launch window, the worldwide release date is now September 20.
The five-month delay will be made easier for owners of Bulletstorm, as the game contains access to the upcoming Gears of War 3 beta in the same fashion that Crackdown included Halo 3 beta access. Conveniently, that beta is slated for April, the same month that Gears 3 was expected to release.
It's now less seven months until we can take the form of a Locust in Gears of War 3's bizzaro Horde Mode.
