News: Nintendo expects 30 "launch window" games by June. Key third-party titles are being listed as $39.99 on top retailer websites.

This week, we were on hand to find out the price, release date and some of the "launch window" games of the 3DS at Nintendo's 3DS press conference in New York City. We're only now starting to get a clear picture of the launch titles and game prices. Currently, retailers such as Amazon.com and Walmart list the price at $39.99 for each game.

Amazon currently lists 3DS launch window items at the following prices.

Nintendo 3DS - Aqua Blue
Current Price: $249.99

Nintendo 3DS - Cosmo Black
Current Price: $249.99

Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D
Current Price: $39.99

Madden NFL Football
Current Price: $39.99

Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked
Current Price: $39.99

Super Street Fighter 4 3D Edition
Current Price: $39.99

Lego Star Wars 3: The Clone Wars
Current Price: $39.99

Ridge Racer 3D
Current Price: $39.99

Meanwhile, Walmart.com is selling some 3DS games that Amazon has yet to put up for pre-order including Super Monkey Ball, Samurai Warriors: Chronicles, Dead or Alive Dimensions. All $39.99.

Left off of the list are Nintendo-published games like PilotWings Resort, Nintendogs + Cats and Steel Diver. Absent third-party titles include those from Ubisoft: Asphalt 3D, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Shadow Wars, Combat of Giants: Dinosaurs 3D, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell 3D, Rayman 3D and Rabbids Travel in Time.

In effect, it may be that some third parties are beginning to put up pre-orders for their 3DS software to get a head start.
