Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep coming this Summer @ Gaming Target

News: The PSP is getting its own Kingdom Hearts game very soon.

Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep, the PSP entry in the Kingdom Hearts series, has been in development for a long time. Released in Japan in January, Square Enix has finally announced the American version of the game will be released this Summer.

Set ten years before the first game in the series, Birth By Sleep will introduce a trio of new playable chaaracters to the series as well as venture to previously unseen Disney locales such as Enchanted Dominion (Sleeping Beauty), the Castle of Dreams (Cinderella), the Dwarf Woodlands (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs) and Deep Space (Lilo and Stitch):

Long before Sora was chosen by his Keyblade, the worlds' safety lay in the hands of Keyblade Masters.

Three youths Ч Terra, Ventus, and Aqua Ч have been training long and hard under Master Eraqus to prove that they, too, exhibit the Mark of Mastery.

But they will soon find themselves in the middle of a crisis affecting worlds far beyond their ownЧjust as another Keyblade Master, Xehanort, goes mysteriously missing.

Three friends, three destinies. Everything will link back to the beginning.

The American release of Birth By Sleep will also include four multiplayer modes (Versus, Arena, Command Board and Rumble Racing), an extra boss and something called "Crown Stickers."
