New Releases (Week of 9/21/09) @ Gaming Target

News: Are you prepared to drop? Because Halo 3: ODST is dropping in stores this week.

The Halo series is back for more in this week's new releases, but the Master Chief is sitting out this fight. Instead, Halo 3: ODST is probably the closest thing to the continuing adventures of the crew of Serenity that we'll ever get because the game features the likenesses and voicework of Nathan Fillion, Alan Tudyk and Adam Baldwin. If Halo is not your thing, several other publishers plan to put out counter-releases that are the complete opposite of a sci-fi shooter starring the cast of Serenity...

Atlus has remade the first game in the Shin Megami Tensei: Persona series on the PSP and included updated graphics and a new translation. NCsoft's latest MMORPG, Aion, will finally launch this week. The Ninja Turtles will get their own Smash Bros.-like brawler (and it was even developed by the same team) in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Smash-Up. And finally, the King of All Cosmos returns for his first PlayStation 3 adventure in Forever Katamari.
