Dragon Quest XI Gamestop and Amazon Pre-Order Bonuses Revealed

News: Gamers will receive a different pre-order bonus for Dragon Quest XI depending on where they buy the game.

Square Enix has revealed that there will be exclusive incentives for those who pre-order Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age for the PlayStation 4. Through select retailers, you can receive various physical and digital items, including EXP boost and a Gold gear boost to enhance your enjoyment of the game.

Square Enix revealed the pre-order incentives that will be both at Gamestop and Amazon, so you will have a couple of different choices on where you want to pick up Dragon Quest XI. If you pre-order at Gamestop (EB Games in Canada) you will get eight exclusive collectible two-inch buttons featuring the main cast and the mysterious spirits of lost time, as well as an exclusive in-game DLC pack which contains:

The “Elevating Vest” - - A snazzy waistcoat that awards the wearer with extra experience every time they win a battle;

Three “Seeds of Skill” - A nifty nut that confers an extra skill point upon anyone who eats it (consumed upon use).

Players that pre-order the game from Amazon will receive an exclusive in-game DLC pack including:

”Arriviste’s Vest” - A glitzy gold waistcoat that awards the wearer with extra money every time a battle is won;

Three “Seeds of Skill” - A nifty nut that confers an extra skill point upon anyone who eats it (consumed upon use).
