News: Some new content is now available for Final Fantasy XV players that should keep you busy, at least for a little while.

Square Enix has revealed that the new July update for Final Fantasy XV is now available as a free download, introducing Magitek Exosuits for each member of Noctis’ crew, a new quest and more. This month’s update includes the following:

  • New Magitek Exosuits - Granting 30 minutes of invincibility per day for Noctis, Gladio, Prompto and Ignis to help players take on the dangerous creatures of Eos. Once invincibility has worn off, players can continue to wear the exosuits in-game.

  • ”O Partner, My Partner” Quest - This quest can be accepted from the Meldacio Hunter HQ after the player has completed Chapter 8.

  • New “Cross Chain” Collaboration System - Allows players to severely damage strong, defensive enemies by increasing the number of linked attacks. The Cross Chain system is available once players acquire the two Royal Arms: the Sword of the Wise and Axe of the Conqueror.

  • Moogle Chocobo Carnival Returns - From July 31 to late September, players of all levels can once again journey to Altissia for limited-time-only mini-games, Chocobo water races and special Moogle Chocobo menu items at the Square Enix Café.

  • Please keep in mind that in order to participate in the Moogle Chocobo Carnival you must own the Final Fantasy XV Holiday Pack+ which is included in the Final Fantasy XV Season Pass and Digital Premium Edition or the Final Fantasy XV Holiday Pack (Free version).
