News: The rumors turned out to be true about a Spider-Man game being developed exclusively for the PS4.

”Spider-Man

Spider-Man is coming back to consoles and he is coming back as a PS4 exclusive. At PlayStation’s press conference earlier this evening they showed off some of the new game to give you a sneak peek. In fact the game is being made by Insomniac which can only bode good things for gamers. Insomniac is a fantastic studio who most recently did Sunset Overdrive for Xbox One as well as Ratchet and Clank on PS4. It should be immediately noted that this new Spider-Man game has nothing to do with the new movie.

Not a whole lot is known about the game yet other than the small part that is shown in the trailer below. The Peter Parker that you will find in this game is one that is a bit more experienced who has become a master at fighting crime in New York. The last couple Spider-Man games (that were not made by Insomniac BTW) had big camera issues among other things so hopefully Insomniac will be able to avoid those pitfalls.

Take a look at the trailer below and tell us what you think about this new Spider-Man, exclusive to PS4. Will you be picking it up?
