News: Ronimo has revealed that Awesomenauts Assemble on PS4 has received a big update pack with a bunch of new content.

Awesomenauts Assemble

Ronimo has revealed that they have just released the Frozen Frontier update for Awesomenauts Assemble. This is a huge update for the PS4 version of Awesomenauts and contains a bunch of new items. This new update includes the following content:

- New Skin: Leon Legionnaire

- New Map: AI Station 205

- New Character: The Scoop of Justice

- New Premium Skin: Grim Genji

- New Ultimate Skin: Jotunn Skolldir

- New Premium Skin: Wraithlord Scoop

With this new update the Scoop of Justice replaces the Loadout System with something more awesome, brings four new skins, a new playable map and a huge amount of other changes. The Scoop of Justice is a “tanky” melee character who can trap enemies with his Frozen Hammer and heal himself with his “Bindings of Justice.”

The Frozen Frontier also introduces Zork’s Mega Shop, which replaces the in-game loadout. You no longer have to select your loadout before entering the game, but can select your items during the match from your full arsenal.

AI Station 205 has been discovered and has replaced AI Station 404 in the matchmaking map rotation. This map closely resembles AI Station 404, but has two lanes and features an Inferno Generator at the center, sure to burn to a crisp anyone foolish enough to stay within the blast zone for too long. In addition to that, the update contains a large number of community-created AIs for you to play against.

What do you think about this update? Do you still play Awesomenauts Assemble? Let us know what you think below.
