News: Deep Silver has released the final piece of Saints Row IV content with Saints Row IV: Re-Elected and Gat Out of Hell.
Saints Row IV: Re-Elected and Gat Out of Hell are now available in stores. This marks the end of the Saints Row IV story according to Deep Silver. Presumably they are going to focus solely on Saints Row V now but that is pure speculation on my part. You can purchase the bundle which features both pieces of content for $49.99 on Xbox One and PS4. If you just want the new Gat Out of Hell content you can buy that independently for $19.99 and that is available on PC, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 and Xbox One.
For those who might not be familiar with either title, the premise is below:
Saints Row IV: Re-Elected
In Saints Row IV: Re-Elected, fans can reignite their patriotism on the PS4 or Xbox One as they play as the head honcho of the Saints, who has been elected to the Presidency of the United States. Now the larger-than-life insanity of the Saints series gets a new twist with a catastrophic alien invasion, and the aliens have transported the Saints to a bizarre Steelport simulation. Wield gargantuan superpowers and fight to free humanity from alien granddaddy Zinyak’s mental grasp. Escape the simulation that’s trapped the Saints crew, or die trying.
Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell
After the space faring antics of Saints Row IV, many fans asked what we could do next... the answer? Shoot The Devil in the face. Play as either Johnny Gat or Kinzie Kensington for the first time in the Gat out of Hell expansion where you'll tear apart Hell in a quest to save the leader of the Saints’ soul. Historical icons, old friends, older enemies, a talking gun, a full length musical number, and a whole lot of other shenanigans all await you in the open world standalone expansion playground that is Saints Row: Gat out of Hell.
Check out the launch trailer below and tell us what you think. Will you be picking up the Saints Row IV: Re-Elected bundle or will you be purchasing Gat Out of Hell separately?
