News: Major Nelson has just revealed the new ReddX App for Xbox One on his blog along with a video to show it off in action.

”ReddX"

Major Nelson has just revealed on his blog that a Reddit app is going to become available tomorrow on Xbox One. Titled “ReddX,” people on reddit will be able to interact with each other in similar ways to the reddit.com website, and there will even be “unique media achievements” that are named after some of the internet’s favorite memes.

This new ReddX app will let members in the U.S. and Canada check out everything you can see on the website as well as a customized main page. You will be able to read posts, view images, view videos, look at gifs on your television and even zoom on items for a closer look.

You can also use ReddX to upvote or downvote something with the push of a button as well as being able to add your comments using an Xbox One controller, media remote, Smartglass, tablet or laptop. ReddX will also allow you to save a picture to your profile if you find one you really enjoy as well as set any image you choose as the background for the app.

Check out the video below to see the new ReddX app in action and tell us what you think. Will you use this new ReddX app? What other apps would you like to see on Xbox One?
