Xbox One News: Eager to get an Xbox One pre-order? You can already jump into the next-generation by putting down £20 to reserve the new Microsoft console in the UK.
Xbox One was revealed earlier this week on the Microsoft campus and it hasn’t taken long before someone has started accepting pre-orders. The launch date has yet to be announced, however, GAME over in the UK has announced that pre-orders are open for Xbox One.
“Gamers all around the country have been eagerly waiting to find out what Microsoft will be bringing to the table,” said GAME category director Charlotte Knight, Category Director.
“Today we have our answer: not only is the Xbox One a really powerful piece of gaming hardware, it promises the next level in home entertainment.
“The UK gaming community is obviously excited by the prospect of this next generation console and we can’t wait to see it in action at E3 next month!”
Xbox One shortages predicted
That excitement may lead to Xbox One shortages come launch day.
“It is worth reminding everyone who’s interested in the Xbox One that many console launches have seen demand significantly outstrip supply,” said Knight
“So we would urge anyone wishing to get their hands on a Xbox One from launch to place a deposit with our store teams or online as soon as possible.”
The Xbox One is available to pre-order now in stores and on GAME’s website for £20. Will you be pre-ordering the Xbox One?
