News: Murder... Death... Kill... in HD.
Interplay has announced they'll be bringing the classic BioWare-developed shooter, MDK 2, to the WiiWare service. An HD version, cleverly titled MDK 2 HD, is also planned for release on the PC through the Beamdog digital distribution service.
УIt is a great pleasure to announce that we are returning to the adventures of Kurt Hectic, Dr. Hawkins and the 6-legged gun-toting robotic dog Max,Ф said Hervщ Caen, CEO of Interplay.
УMDK 2 was a great title to work on and we're happy to have some of the original team working on these new versions,Ф seconded Trent Oster, co-Founder of Beamdog.
Interplay plans to make MDK 2 available on the Wii Shop Channel this Winter, with the PC version coming a little bit later.
Gamers who don't want to wait can download the original PC version of
MDK 2 from GOG.com or Steam.
We'll have more soon.
