Description
Darkseid, the most evil being in the galaxy, has enlisted the aid of Lex Luthor in his quest to destroy Superman and take over the world. By providing Luthor with highly-advanced Apokoliptean weapons technology, Darkseid has enabled Metropolis' reigning supervillain to create an army of nearly unstoppable Interbots- packing serious firepower. Just when Superman seems to have everything under control, cybernetic supervillain Metallo busts out of Strykers Island Prison, mixing it up with malevolent mayhem of his own. The World's Greatest Superhero must accomplish what no mere mortal ever could: turn back the irrepressible forces of evil and save our planet!

If it weren't for the technical flaws and spent more time in production, Superman: Shadow of Apokolips very well could've been something special.

Now that Superman has gone off the air waves, it's especially nice that Infogrames has decided to develop a Superman title that sticks to the show as a replicated version of what I feel was the best of the big blue's world you'll ever get.
