Working Titles:
Conker's Quest
Twelve Tales: Conker 64
Originally developed as a cutesy platformer titled "Conker's Quest" and then retitled "Twelve Tales: Conker 64". The game was retooled when Rare feared it was too similar to their own Banjo-Kazooie.
The final boss battle echoes Ripley's fight against the Queen Alien in the movie Aliens.
The end of the movie The Chronicles of Riddick echoes the end of Conker's Bad Fur Day. Both characters vanquish the evil leader and relunctantly become the new leader of a group as their subjects cheer. Both end with a shot of the main character sitting in a throne looking sullen.
