News: Microsoft and Ensemble announce the first expansion to AoE III.

Microsoft and Ensemble Studios announced yesterday that the first expansion pack to Age of Empires III is on the way for this Fall.

The currently unnamed expansion will add new content to all parts of the game including "new civilizations, a new single player campaign, Home City enhancements and additional maps and units." According to Microsoft, "additional content will be added to all existing European civilizations."

This expansion will also add three Native American civilizations (including the Iroquois Confederation) as playable nations.

We'll have more as it develops.
