News: Looks like Take Two will have to wait 'til next year for their baseball exclusivity to kick in.

When Midway announced MLB Slugfest 2006 we all wanted to know how they sidestepped Take Two's MLB-exclusive contract. Well, it turns out Midway's contract with the MLB ran through the end of 2006 so they can make one last Slugfest game.

And with that little mystery solved, we can reveal the first five screens that Midway released today.

MLB Slugfest 2006 is coming to the PS2 and Xbox in the next few weeks.
