News: Huh, what do you know.

A few weeks ago we reported on EGM's confirmation that Virtua Fighter 5 was coming to the PS3 and that "it might be exclusive." It turns out that Sega has made no such confirmation.

We know this because Kikizo Games was at one of the Japanese location tests for VF5 recently and found out that Sega has made no decisions about which next-gen console VF5 is going to appear on. So where did EGM get this news from? Who knows.

But we do know that the Virtua Fighter series has found a home on the PS2 in the past and it's very easy to assume that home will move to the PS3 when it's released.

But to repeat, for now, nothing is official.
