News: Madden NFL 11 gives us a preview of the August NPDs in this week's iPhone/iPad ranking.
Drew Brees is slinging the pigskin near the top of the iPhone and iPad charts this week.
The Madden NFL 11 cover athlete reached the endzone on the list of Top Grossing iPhone Games with a #1 ranking. He also went for seven, the #7 spot that is, on the Best Selling iPhone Games list. The iPad version fared equally as well with a #1 ranking on the week's Top Grossing iPad Games list and a #2 finish on the Best Selling iPod Games list (the game was edged out by a heavily discounted NOVA HD).
Other impressive debuts this week include The Incident, a retro-styled platformer that lands on three of the four charts and Chaos Rings For iPad, the latest game from Square Enix (which charted at #2 on the Top Grossing iPad Games list).
