Bang your head with the Rock Band Metal Track Pack @ Gaming Target

News: 'Bulls on Parade' and five other songs to be exclusively available on the Metal Track Pack disc.

Harmonix and EA plan to make October "thrashtastic" with the announcement that Rock Band: Metal Track Pack will be released for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Wii and Xbox 360 on October 13. This is the same day that Electronic Arts will bring another metal masterpiece, Brutal Legend, to the PS3 and Xbox 360. It looks like EA is definitely making good on their promise that the tenth month of the year will now be known as Rocktober.

Like the previous Track Packs, the Metal Track Pack will contain twenty songs that can be played straight off the disc or, on the PS3 and Xbox 360 anyway, can be imported into Rock Band or Rock Band 2. Fourteen of the twenty tracks will be songs that have are already currently available from the Rock Band Store while the remaining six will be exclusive to the Metal Track Pack for a limited time.
