News: Are you ready for GGXXACP?
Aksys Games will be returning to the Guilty Gear XX well as they've announced that the third incremental update to game, Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus, will be coming to the PlayStation 2, PSP and Wii this Spring.
Developer Arc System Works is adding 480p high resolution graphics to this installment as well as bringing back two beloved characters from the series' past, Kliff Undersn and Justice. In all, 25 playable characters will round out GGXXACP's roster (what an acronym!). The game will also include a brand new, fully voiced acted, story mode and a "re-tuned" Survival Mode. Finally, a 3-on-3 Versus Mode known as Battle Royale will round out the game's modes.
"Never has there been a fighting game where so much attention to character balance exists," said Michael Manzanares, Producer, Aksys Games. "Guilty Gear veterans will definitely find themselves immersed once again with the new story and survival modes."
