Secret of Mana and World of Goo on Wii Shop @ Gaming Target

Whoa. Classic games from Square-Enix don't normally appear on the Virtual Console (the company prefers to remake them on the DS or PSP instead), but today Nintendo added square-Enix's Secret of Mana to the VC. Secret of Mana is a multiplayer action RPG and, in my opinion, is quite possibly one of the greatest games of all time.

The WiiWare section has also received two new games, both puzzlers. They are the long awaited World of Goo and Art Style: Cubello. Finally, the Sega Genesis game Street Fighter II: Special Champion Edition has been added to the service. This makes it the fourth (and final) version of Street Fighter II to be added after Street Fighter II: The World Warrior, Street Fighter II Turbo: Hyper Fighting and Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers were all previously made available for download.

Street Fighter II: Special Champion Edition (Sega Genesis, 1-2 players, Rated T for TeenЧViolence, 800 Wii Points): Street Fighter II: Special Champion Edition was the first Street Fighter game released for the Sega Genesis console. The Street Fighter series can be considered one of the first fighting games to popularize competitive video game fighting.
