If you weren't paying attention to Wired's Game|Life over the weekend, you may have missed that Koji Igarashi, the current producer of the Castlevania series, revealed that a third Castlevania game for the DS is in the works.

Wired News: What's coming up next for Castlevania, the games?
Koji Igarashi: First, we're doing another Nintendo DS version. There hasn't been an official announcement, but we're doing it. First, we want people to enjoy the PSP version, and afterwards we're announcing it. So, please wait a little bit.
So we don't have any details yet, but Castlevania DS 3 is in the works. Hopefully, we'll have more soon.
