News: It's been a big week for the download services.

Capcom has pulled off the first simultaneous release across both the Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network. The classic Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix was added to both download services this week. It is available for 800 Microsoft Points on the XBLA ($10) and $9.99 on the PlayStation Store.

Both versions are as close to identical as you can get and Capcom describes their puzzle prize like this:

One of the most popular puzzle games of all time is back with high-definition graphics, dazzling elemental effects and a new 'rebalanced X' game mode. ?Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix? brings together Capcom's coolest fighting characters to provide extremely addictive puzzle mayhem. Enjoy single-player, local and online versus play, and spectator modes.

Elsewhere on the PlayStation Network, Sony has also confirmed that the online play add-on for Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection is also available for $9.99 with the "full version of the game and the add-on available for $29.99.

We'll have more on the Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network very soon.
