News: Third-person action adventure to be based on new Twentieth Century Fox film.

Rebellion, creators of Aliens vs. Predator on the PC, is working on an Aliens vs. Predator game exclusively for PlayStation Portable and has already released five screenshots.

The Sierra Entertainment-published game is based on Twentieth Century Fox's upcoming A/P film. While there was no official release date attached to the game's announcement, there's a good chance it'll release after on the movie's December 25 premier.

The undated game doesn't have an official name attached to it, either. What we do know, however, is that the game will be developed by Rebellion, the same team behind the original Alien Versus Predator game for the PC and the following:

  • Third-person action-adventure
  • Take the role of an elite lone Predator
  • Use Exotic weaponry and equipment
  • Features the Predator's wrist computer for Pred-tech/thermal vision modes and cloaking.
  • Classic and futuristic weapons: wrist blades, laser trip mines and dual shoulder cannons.
  • Co-op multiplayer allows friends to play as the Predator's comrades.
  • Inlcude an honor point system

Check out the five screenshots of this work-in-progress and check back with Gaming Target for more future information on this movie-game.
