In a short press release, Nintendo has just ended all speculation about the Wii price.
According to Nintendo, the retail price of the Wii "will not exceed $250". This is handy marketing speak for "It'll probably be $250, but won't you just love us if we can sell it for $200?"
Nintendo also revealed that six million Wii systems will be shipped worldwide between the system's fourth quarter launch and March 31, 2007, the end of Nintendo's fiscal year.
