News: The first Xbox 360 title from the house that Pac-Man built.
Namco has announced their first Xbox 360 title and it goes by the name Frame City Killer.
Frame City Killer puts players in the shoes of an East Asian assassin named Crow. Crow has been sent to Frame City to eliminate Khan, the leader of a drug cartel and a terrorist.
To create it's futuristic visuals, the game will use the Unreal Engine 3, the first Japanese-developed title to do so.
"'Frame City Killer' is an excellent showcase of what Namco has planned for next-generation consoles," said Nobuhiro Kasahara, president and CEO of Namco Hometek, Inc. "The Xbox 360 provides an all around entertainment experience with remarkable audiovisuals and groundbreaking gameplay immersion, allowing Namco to successfully deliver innovation and fun to consumers."
"Namco has developed some of the greatest franchises in the history of the video game industry and we are extremely excited that they have licensed Unreal Engine 3," said Tim Sweeney, Chairman and Founder of Epic Games Inc. "We know that gamers everywhere will be just as excited to see what they are building with our technology."
