News: We now know when to expect Spider-Man to swing on to the PS4 with a variety of different versions.

”Spider-Man"

Insomniac has been busy the past few years working on a new PS4 exclusive. This new exclusive features Marvel’s web-slinging hero Spider-Man and we finally know when you will get to play it. Beginning on September 7, 2018, you will be able to swing around Manhattan once again and experience the world and universe that Insomniac has created.

In addition to the release date, Insomniac also revealed the different versions that will be available. There will, of course, be the standard version for $59.99. With that version you will get the game. Next is the Digital Deluxe edition of the game which will be $79.99 USD and $99.99 CDN.

Digital Deluxe Edition

  • Spider-Man game

  • New Story Chapters with post-launch DLC titled Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps

  • Limited Edition Collectible Pin (must pre-order the game and Insomniac will mail you this pin -- available to U.S. and Canada only)

  • Collector’s Edition - $149.99 USD / $199.99 CDN

  • Spider-Man game

  • All of the digital content from the Digital Deluxe Edition

  • Steelbook case featuring the iconic white spider

  • Mini Artbook from Titan Books

  • Marvel’s Spider-Man statue by Gentle Giant

  • In addition to revealing the release date and going over what you will get with the different versions, a new trailer has also been released to give you a bit of tease of what is to come. Check out that trailer below and tell us what you think. Will you be picking up Spider-Man on September 7? If so, which version will you purchase?
