Destiny: House of Wolves Details and Prologue Released by Bungie

News: Some new details are out regarding the next Destiny expansion including the release date and some of the things you will be doing (and not doing).

Activision and Bungie have recently revealed that the second Destiny expansion will be arriving next month. One thing to quickly note is that Bungie has stated there will be no new raid in House of Wolves but that they are working on a new Raid that will be released later this year. To help fill that void Bungie revealed that House of Wolves will have something new. It will feature a new cooperative end game activity that is “focused on variety, replayability and skill.” It is a new battle arena called The Prison of Elders. Leading up to the May 19 release date for House of Wolves Bungie has outlined some key dates you might want want to pay attention to.

On April 22nd Bungie will be hosting a walking tour of the Reef with a live discussion about the upgrade paths for your gear. On April 29th they will be a reveal and live gameplay of Trials of Osiris and its collection of end game gear. On May 6th there will be a reveal and live gameplay of Prison of Elders, a brand new three player cooperative multiplayer arena. Bungie also teases that there will be an event taking place on May 8 but that you need to stay tuned to figure out what it is.
