CoD Black Ops 2 trailer zombies behind-the-scenes

The CoD: Black Ops 2 trailer that featured zombies and celebrities like Robert Downey Jr., iJustine and FPS Russia had a behind-the-scenes camera running in addition to the ones directed by Guy Ritchie.

Activision uploaded this "making of" CoD: Black Ops 2 video to YouTube, and it show off what it took to make this "surprise" live-action trailer. The minute-long, Los Angeles-set trailer was actually produced on a soundstage with a giant blue screen. You might not know this without viewing the behind-the-scenes video.

"This place is kind of ridiculous," said FPS Russia said with his accent in the Black Ops 2 trailer. "That's the biggest blue screen I've ever seen."

The seamless transition between the real-world and CG world is pretty epic, with CoD Black ops 2 zombie actors walking around onset and offset in full makeup.

Embedded below via YouTube below, watch this new CoD behind-the-scenes video as well as the original Black Ops 2 trailer.
