Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD to include DLC from THPS3

THPS HD News: THPS HD is on its way to Xbox 360 and PS3 this summer, and so are levels from THPS3.

As the June release date for Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD nears, Activision has announced that the downloadable Xbox 360 and PS3 game will feature Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 levels in addition to levels from the first two games. That's good because THPS3 was one of the more memorable games in the THPS franchise before the IP dragged on.

Activision says that it hasn't decided which levels are going to appear in THPS HD as DLC, but that may be part of the company's greater marketing scheme. It's asking fans to post on the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD Facebook page to help Activision, developer Robomodo and Tony Hawk himself decide.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD will feature songs from THPS1 and THPS2, and there's no word on whether or not the downloadable levels will contain songs from the THPS3 soundtrack. There's also no word on pricing for the DLC. However, we do know that when June rolls around and the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD release date ollies onto the PS3 and Xbox 360, it'll cost $15.
