News: Darth Maul and Starkiller, together at last. Wait...



Are you planning to pre-order Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II? Then does GameStop have a deal for you.

Anyone who pre-orders the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 version of the game will receive a download code for the GameStop-exclusive "Maulkiller" skin. As you you may have guessed from the image, this skin is a fusion of The Force Unleashed's protagonist, Starkiller, and Episode I's Darth Maul:

In the cloning facilities of Kamino, Darth Vader created a warrior of unparalleled strength and power by combining the genetic material of Darth Maul, former apprentice of Sith Lord Darth Sidious, with his own apprentice, Starkiller. The resulting aberrant clone possessed traits from both warriors, but the crude fusion of two disparate Force users quickly produced physical and mental instabilities that led to the unfortunate clone's destruction. For a brief time he struck fear into the hearts of all who faced him, even Lord Vader himself.


Maulkiller wields a silver lightsaber that is powered by his Silver Saber Crystal. This crystal allows the player to consume less Force Energy when using Force Powers so that he can devastate his enemies and is also a part of the pre-order package.

You can pre-order Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II in store or at GameStop's website. The game is currently scheduled to be released on October 26.
